Pink Fir Apple is one of the oldest main crop varieties, loved for its buttery waxy texture and nutty 'new potato' flavour. An odd looking pink spud, sizes from medium to large long tubers. They are delicious boiled in their skin, which you can peel off or eat. To ensure long storage be sure not to damage them when harvesting. Organically grown in rich dark natural soils and fertilizers at our farm in the Marlborough Sounds.
