Dark purple to wine-red. Lilium Purple is a tall specie lily the flowers slightly reflex and occasionally have a splash of maroon-red spots with a light fragrance. Not truly purple but still lovely. Species lilies are excellent for naturalizing and will provide years of colour in the summer garden.
