A fine, mildly flavored shallot that is both reliable and high yielding. Also stores well. Excellent on stews etc., as well as salads and pickled. Plant as early in the season as possible. Space 20cm apart in all directions if planting in blocks, or 15cm apart with the row and 20cm between rows.
