The pale, smooth, yellow skin is lightly netted with shallow eyes, dark brown spots, and brown patches. The flesh is a vibrant yellow to gold and is firm, waxy, and dense.   • Heritage Purple potato which dates back to the 1850's (Solanum tuberosum spp.) with a pale lemon fresh colour. Let's you add colour to the menu and additional nutrients to your diet.   • Contains, as the name suggests, a high content of purple-coloured anthocyanin, known for its positive health aspects.
