Anaheim chilli peppers are large meaty pods that are mild in heat but sweet in flavour with large conical shaped fruits that reach between 15 - 20cm length by 3cm wide approx. They mature from a dark green to a glossy dark red and have a shiny smooth skin. Anaheim fruits are generally mild to hot.
