    The Beans belong to the family Leguminosae. We are considered healthy vegetables because they have high vegetable protein content. The green tender pods are used as dry seeds and as vegetables.     Zucchini, (Cucurbita pepo), also called courgette, variety of summer squash in the gourd family (Cucurbitaceae), grown for its edible fruits.   • Melon's
