The Beaut' Blanche tomato is also called "Lemon Beauty". It is an old French variety, the has been known since about 1860. The high-yielding plants develop beautiful beefsteak tomatoes with a milky-lemon-white colour that turn to a creamy yellow when ripe. The tomatoes are particularly popular because of their mild taste with very little acidity. The meat is medium juicy and tenderly melting. This variety is particularly good for fresh consumption.
